Be useful and truthful

Choose the closest available alert reason. Send a Beep only when you observe something that needs attention. Do not repeat alerts to pressure a driver or turn location details into a personal message.

Respect privacy

Register vehicles you control. Do not try to discover who owns a vehicle or whether someone uses ParkBeep. Leave out contact details, links, home addresses, and requests to meet. Evidence should show the vehicle situation and avoid unrelated people or property.

Report concerns

Use Report on a received alert to explain a problem. Block sender stops that account from sending future alerts to you while keeping their identity private. Staff can review reports and restrict or suspend accounts.
