Email parkbeepapp@gmail.com from your account address. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. Never include your password or identity documents.
Account and vehicle review responses appear in your Account and Vehicles sections. You can request account review, edit a registration, recover your password, or resend confirmation from the app.
An alert that concerns you
Open the alert in your inbox and choose Report. Add a reason and useful context for staff. Use Block sender if you want to stop future alerts from that account.
For immediate danger, call 911. ParkBeep support does not dispatch emergency assistance.
