Using ParkBeep

ParkBeep is a private service for limited vehicle alerts, initially focused on New York City. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Register only vehicles you own or are authorized to manage. Keep your credentials secure and tell us about suspected unauthorized access.

Confirmed email and staff approval are required for the relevant account and vehicle capabilities. Staff review does not guarantee identity, vehicle ownership, or the accuracy of an alert.

A useful heads up

Submit only truthful alerts based on a situation you observe. Choose an available reason and provide only the limited location context requested. Do not use ParkBeep to harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, enumerate vehicles, exchange contact details, arrange meetings, or evade parking laws.

Upload only evidence you have the right to share. Avoid faces, children, homes, identification documents, and unrelated private information. You permit ParkBeep and its service providers to process that evidence for private alert delivery, moderation, and safety review.

Delivery and safety

ParkBeep is not monitored by emergency services. For an emergency, call 911.

A submitted Beep does not confirm that a plate is registered or that an alert reached anyone. Delivery and response depend on eligibility, consent, service availability, device settings, and the recipient. We do not guarantee delivery, a response, parking legality, or prevention of damage, fines, or towing.

Use your judgment before checking a vehicle. Do not confront a stranger or attempt to locate an alert sender.

Account decisions and contact

We may limit, review, suspend, or close accounts and retain relevant records to address abuse, security, or legal obligations. You can report concerns in the app and contact parkbeepapp@gmail.com about a review decision.

You can stop using ParkBeep and request account deletion through Account. These terms and the privacy policy may change as the service develops. Changes will be posted with an updated date and communicated where appropriate. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
